The SURE Connection
Founded in April of 2001, The SURE connection is a Community Interest Educational Program, "Reaching People Where They Are". Our program offers various classes in six inner city locations to include the north, south, east and west regions of Frederick City.

These rotating classes depict our Church Without Walls concept, which reside under the umbrella of services to families and those dealing with drug and alcohol addictions.
